A day in Bangkok, including visits to the Taling Chan and Song Khlong floating markets, the Kudi Chin historical Portuguese enclave along the Chao Phraya river, followed a trip to the nearby Wat Kalayanamit Woramahawihan monastery and a short walk to Wat Arun.

Bangkok — Taling Chan Floating Market

The first day in Bangkok on my most recent trip to East Asia, including a walk through the Taling Chan neighborhood and visits to the floating market and Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Anthropology Centre, followed by a trip to the riverside Amarinthraram Worawihan temple and 72nd Anniversary Park.
